Arranging for excellent photography also shows the home seller you are taking extra steps to bring about a timely sale. What excellent ‘PR’ for you the Realtor. If you are interested in having only the images taken, I charge just $40.00 , and you will have full rights to them. I highly recommend the feature sheet layout though, because it is very important for open houses in particular ... the home shopper takes it with them ..a tangible visual record of the home!.

The importance of the feature sheet cannot be overemphasized: the home shopper is 82% more likely to want a repeat showing when they have a beautiful visual record in their hands, as opposed to merely a spec-sheet, or an agent’s business card. Often they want to show a relative or friend a really enticing home they are interested in buying, but have nothing to share. See attached New York Times article which deals with this very subject.
I also offer additional area coverage for just $20 more if desired. When a home is situated in a particularly beautiful area, many Realtors have asked me to do 5 or 6 extra images of nearby beaches, parks, gardens etc. This is also an excellent tool for generating additional interest for showings.
